DHL labels are created automatically as soon as payment arrives, an iPhone app sends a push notification for every sale – and an AI advisor answers product questions right in the shop.
01 · Challenge
HiraNatur previously sold natural cosmetics on Shopify. The goal is a system of its own in which shop, orders, stock, returns and customer communication come together – without ongoing Shopify fees and without manual work for shipping.
02 · Solution
We're building a custom shop system with Next.js in which shop, orders, stock, returns and customer communication all come together in one place. As soon as a payment arrives, the DHL shipping label is created automatically. A dedicated iPhone app sends a push notification for every sale, and an AI advisor answers customers' product questions right in the shop.
03 · Result
Shipping is fully automated – the DHL label is created the moment payment arrives – and after the switch to the custom system there are no more Shopify fees. The project is still in development.
