01 · Challenge

Many security and guarding companies run their day-to-day with Excel rotas, paper guard logs, WhatsApp groups, Word invoices, punch cards and folders full of certificates. That costs the office many hours every month, causes copy errors – and makes it hard to prove to clients that every patrol actually happened.

02 · Solution

With SecurityOS we built our own operations software in which everything fits together: the shift planner detects conflicts, holidays and missing qualifications; expired security licences or ID cards block scheduling. Guards scan checkpoints via QR – even without signal – report incidents with photos and call for help with the SOS button. Guard log, incidents and quality management are tamper-proof thanks to a SHA-256 hash chain. On top come personnel files with the German guard register, an ID card generator, a live situation map, site folders, time tracking, a client portal and invoices with XRechnung and DATEV export. An AI assistant drafts guard log entries, translates instructions and writes shift reports – as suggestions a human reviews. The app runs on iPhone and Android in seven languages, with servers in the EU.
