01 · Challenge
A car dealership produces documents every day: test drives, purchase and trade-in contracts, handover protocols, invoices and workshop orders. Often they are filled in by hand, customer details rewritten on every sheet, stock kept in Excel – and inspection dates or reservations only in someone's head.
02 · Solution
With AutohausOS we built our own software for car dealers: 11 tools from test drive to invoice, filled in on a tablet and signed right away – or via QR code on the customer's own phone. Customer and vehicle data flow into the next document with one click. On top come vehicle stock with purchase price, costs, profit and days in stock, brochures, price tags and a finance calculator, a calendar, deadline reminders and reports per month, salesperson and brand. The app also works offline; documents and customer data stay on the dealership's devices.
