01 · Challenge
In many caretaker businesses, photos end up in WhatsApp group chats, recurring work lives in Excel lists and on paper, and customers question whether a job was really done. On top of that, staff speak different native languages and many buildings have no mobile signal in the basement.
02 · Solution
With HausmeisterOS we built our own software for caretaker and facility service companies. Each morning the staff app shows what's on today – with route, access details and checklists, in five languages and offline with the original timestamp. The office plans recurring tasks, routes in the shortest order and winter service with automatically added weather data. Every job becomes a proof of work with time, photos and signature, and an invoice with accounting export in one click. Residents report damage via QR code, AI suggests title and urgency from the photo, and property managers see everything in a customer portal. Hosted in Germany with strict separation between companies.
